Learn the art of shiatsu - acupressure based on the principles of Traditional Chinese/Eastern Medicine (TCM). This workshop will delve into the principles of shiatsu, touch techniques, partner stretches and acupressure points for releasing stress, tension and pain in a relaxed environment. All welcome.
