Intro to shiatsu workshop 2019!

Welcome! I introduce this blog with a photo from the 'Intro to shiatsu' workshop I recently facilitated at Power Yoga Canberra. I had the absolute pleasure of sharing shiatsu love with a wonderfully focused group of people who came out on their Sunday morning to explore the practice of shiatsu. Keep your eyes on this space as I will be launching a workshop series for 2020 and a regular shiatsu practice group as well.
